What is an IEE?

An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is an evaluation conducted by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district.

Families may request an IEE if they disagree with a district's evaluation. Districts may also seek independent evaluations to support educational decision-making.

Our role is to provide objective, high-quality evaluations that help teams move forward with clarity.

Areas of Evaluation

We provide IEE's across all disability areas recognized by the Colorado Department of Education, including:

  • Cognitive and Learning

  • Academic Achievement

  • Social-Emotional & Behavioral

  • Autism Spectrum

  • Speech and Language

  • Early Childhood Development

  • Executive Functioning

  • Adaptive Skills

All evaluations are completed by licensed providers in the area evaluated. If you would like more information or to schedule a free consultation, click below.
